Put a Poll on your site - using "Simple Poll v2.5.0":
This is an Adobe Dreamweaver extension, helping you to incorporate a simple poll in your webpage. You may place a poll statement/questions and the corresponding options. Once your website user/visitor participates in the poll and submits it, the next window shows the poll results. This doesn't require any backend coding or database usage.

All you need to do is:

1. Download the extension (use this to embed the poll is your site)
2. OPTIONAL: Make Payment with PayPal (USD $7/poll/year)
3. Create your Poll ID (& provide PayPal transaction ID - if signing up for Pro Poll)
4. Start using your Poll
